●  編制項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方案，具體包括風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分配基本框架、項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作方式、交易結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、合同體系安排、監(jiān)管架構(gòu)、采購方式選擇等。
    Prepare the project implementation plan, including risk allocation framework, mode of operation of the project, the design of trading structure, contract system arrangement, the regulatory framework, procurement mode selection.

●  為政府代理招投標(biāo)；
    The government bidding agent;

●  協(xié)助產(chǎn)業(yè)方編制響應(yīng)文件、開展融資方案設(shè)計(jì)和協(xié)助談判；
    Assist industry financing scheme design and preparation of documents, assist in the negotiations carried out response;

●  派遣評(píng)審專家參與響應(yīng)文件評(píng)審。
    Send experts to participate in the response document review review.

項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行 project implementation

●  協(xié)助社會(huì)資本方和政府指定機(jī)構(gòu)開展合同簽訂和融資交割等工作；
