項目準備 Project preparation

●  編制項目實施方案，具體包括風險分配基本框架、項目運作方式、交易結構設計、合同體系安排、監(jiān)管架構、采購方式選擇等。
    Prepare the project implementation plan, including risk allocation framework, mode of operation of the project, the design of trading structure, contract system arrangement, the regulatory framework, procurement mode selection.

●  為政府代理招投標；
    The government bidding agent;

●  協(xié)助產業(yè)方編制響應文件、開展融資方案設計和協(xié)助談判；
